Design & Build

Following our successful refurbishments of the ground floor office and canteen, MAN Truck & Bus required the first-floor office to be converted into a new training hub that needed to be inviting and motivating for visitors.

The space consists of one large formal training room, a large breakout area, and a variety of activity-style seating settings for staff to work, unwind or meet with peers or trainers. Removing the existing partitions and introducing glazing allowed natural light to flood through the space, brightening the centre.

Throughout the workspace soft, pastel colours were used within the design to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Incorporating biophilia throughout the space also contributes to the calmness of the training centre, whilst enhancing learning and improved biodiversity.
