Our Approach

We have developed our approach over many years, and today it amounts to a tried and tested formula that underpins our track record. Think your brief might be beyond us? Don’t worry; we’ve got the experience and confidence to be flexible too, which means we thrive on being challenged.

Step 1
Site Visit

We always begin by listening, then we’ll pair you up with the project manager we think has the specialist skills to serve you best. That manager will visit your site, partly to measure up and take photos and partly to get to know you, your culture, and the end goals you hope to achieve with your new Cobus interior.

Step 2
Concept

Our design department will produce an original creative concept which they will illustrate using ‘mood boards’. We’ll listen and work particularly closely with you at this stage because we want to create interiors that suit your goal and vision, not ours.

Step 3
Planning

Using sophisticated 2D and 3D design software, we’ll produce a realistic creative proposal that satisfies your budget but also maximises the potential of your available space. You’ll be amazed at the possibilities a bit of creativity opens up.

Step 4
Proposal

Once your vision is finalised, your designated project manager will work closely with you to agree the details of the proposal and creative concept. They’ll also calculate the best use of products – and any discounts and deals – to help make sure your budget goes further than you think.

Step 5
Finishes

When the proposal is safely signed off, our design team will help you choose the fabrics, colours and finishes that will give your new interior its wow factor.

Step 6
Installation

You can then leave the hard work to us. Your project manager will seamlessly coordinate all the suppliers, logistics and specialist contractors to make sure the project runs like clockwork. Don’t worry; if you change your mind about a detail or need to chat about progress, we’re just a phone call away.

Step 7
After Care

Our partnerships don’t end with installation – in fact they often don’t end at all. That’s because most of the businesses and organisations we work with consider us a long-term partner: a team they can trust with their next project, and the one after that.
