Space Design & Fit-Out

We recently worked with Hartpury College and University to design and fit out a brand-new specialist sports centre, which took one week to complete. With a set budget, the Cobus team fitted new furniture and integrated new classrooms, medical rooms, offices and changing rooms.

We did face a few challenges along the way, despite the success of the project. As the project was reaching its final stages, there were many deadlines set by the client that we needed to meet.

We worked closely with the project management team to ensure that we were flexible in our delivery times and caused as little disruption as possible to the campus, it’s students and staff. This often resulted in us having to make multiple visits, delivering items to different areas and working weekends to stick within our time goals.

As a team, we particularly enjoyed working closely with the architect and client to achieve their specific needs within the required timeframe, while also keeping to the budget that we were tasked with working with.
