Laithwaite’s Wines
Design & Fit-OutRecently we worked on a brief for Laithwaite’s Wines, the UK’s leading home-delivery wine merchant, where we were tasked with undertaking a complete refresh of its main call centre office space.
The team at Laithwaite’s asked us to design and install a modern and functional office for the 130 members of staff in their call centre office. With the business expecting to expand its team by 90 members each year during the festive season, we were also required to provide capacity for this. To achieve this, we installed 200 work stations, Pitch desking and boardroom tables, Nova desking and Luna seating.
The project was a great success and we received very positive feedback however, we did encounter a few challenges along the way. The project involved coming up with a design that would cater for the maximum number of staff, which required a lot of interaction with the client and several design amendments before the final draw-up was ready. We were also required to provide samples of the furniture pieces before a decision was made.
Despite the minor challenges we faced, we were overwhelmed with the feedback we received from the client.
