Cheltenham Ladies’ College CAD Room

Design & Fit-Out

In 2017, we received a brief from Cheltenham Ladies’ College to re-design their CAD Room. We had two weeks to complete the project, since the College required us to finish the design in good time for the Christmas holidays, during which they would be closed. We therefore had to work to a tight deadline, having the space ready and ensure it was completed for the students return at the start of term in January 2018.

We worked closely with the College during the design stage to ensure that products and finishes were carefully selected to suit the timeline and budget as well as providing them with the good quality finish they have come to expect from Cobus.

Working to their strict budget, we were tasked with creating two different working areas for the students, which we accomplished by specifying high, write-on work tables and standard desking. The project involved carrying out a complete modernisation of the classroom, fitting new lighting and flooring, painting and fitting new window blinds and furniture.

Overall, the client was very pleased with the result.
