Cobus was appointed to design and deliver Spark TSL’s new 3,000 sq ft Bristol workspace, bringing two UK locations together under one roof. Working alongside Savills, we created an office that feels fresh, welcoming and built around the way the team works. Bringing two teams together meant the space needed to do more than simply accommodate everyone. It needed to help people connect, collaborate and feel part of one team, while giving Spark the flexibility to grow its Bristol presence in the future.
The design balances practical working spaces with plenty of personality. Pops of colour drawn from Spark TSL’s updated brand guidelines add energy throughout the office without overpowering the space. The project met both the agreed budget and Spark TSL’s move-in deadline, giving the team a new workplace that feels distinctly theirs, with plenty of room for what comes next.
