We delivered a standout 11,000 sq ft workplace for global assurance provider DNV, transforming the 4th floor of 3 Rivergate, Bristol, into a modern, hybrid-ready environment. With a tight Q1 deadline, we adopted a fast-paced, collaborative approach, working closely with the base build contractor and CBRE’s project management team to enable early occupation, months ahead of other tenants. Our design focused on flexibility, wellbeing, and sustainability – core DNV priorities. We used sustainable materials and reused furniture where possible, aligning with the building’s BREEAM rating and DNV’s ESG goals. Designed around the CAT A layout, we retained exposed ceilings and rafters while reflecting DNV’s branding to ensure consistency with their global offices. A spacious kitchen, breakout zones with activities, and wellness rooms promote inclusivity and staff wellbeing. We also managed FF&E installation and staff relocation, delivering a seamless move-in experience with minimal disruption, allowing teams to hit the ground running.
