Fire Seals Direct, approached Cobus to create a workspace that would support their growing team, attract top talent, and foster a culture of collaboration and wellbeing. We transformed their offices into a spacious design-led workspace that introduced defined zones within a more open plan concept. Â including a formal meeting room, smaller private meeting areas, touchdown spaces, and informal booths for quick team catch-ups. As the office was fully open plan, addressing noise disruption was a key priority. We introduced effective acoustic solutions focusing on the workstations to improve comfort and focus across the different teams. The kitchen area was designed to be a focal point to the workspace providing an area for all teams to collaborate and connect throughout the working day. The final design combined a sleek monochromatic palette with warm timber accents to create a contemporary, inviting workplace.
