With the success of other projects within MAN, utilising our unique four-stage approach, Cobus was entrusted with the refurbishment of the West Wing to create a dynamic workplace for MAN Financial Services. Our design team focused on delivering a modern, functional environment that encourages collaboration while maintaining continuity with previous refurbishments throughout the building. Meeting MAN’s crucial end of October deadline was imperative to maintain our trusted relationship.
The design incorporated high-quality finishes and innovative design solutions that align with MAN’s corporate identity: the new layout seamlessly blends open collaborative zones with private meeting spaces, enhancing both productivity and engagement. By introducing flexible work areas, employees now have the ability to interact more effectively throughout the day while also having access to private spaces when required. The cohesive design ensures a consistent look and feel across the entire building, reinforcing a strong workplace identity. The new workspace was completed before the deadline providing an inspiring and functional environment.
