Cobus was an easy choice for polymer-based solutions leader Rehau, with both firms proud of their long-standing commitment to sustainability. Our team worked alongside Rehau as they sought a more modern space to reflect their brand and enhance their employee experience.
Consistent with our rigorous methodology, we spent considerable time understanding the needs of the business, and all those who would use the space. Integral to the brief was the flexibility to accommodate future growth. We achieved this through a ‘zoned’ approach, blending traditional desk configurations with over-spill areas for collaboration, along with conventional meeting rooms for privacy. The flexible space was designed to help stimulate impromptu meetings and encouraged stronger cross-functional collaboration.
Rehau were also keen to see their brand identity shine through, which we achieved through the bold upholstery colour choices and carefully considered acoustics. We also introduced live plants for their proven ability to enhance mood and wellbeing, as well as improve air quality.
