Cirencester Friendly Society approached Cobus to develop and execute a strategy for their future workplace needs. Engaging our architectural and delivery team we set out to transform their offices into a modern, high-quality, professional workspace, reflecting the organisation’s brand, values and identity.
By bringing our experienced team in early, the client gave us plenty of time to immerse ourselves in the organisation, and understand its culture and purpose. One key insight was that an open-plan office would be a new working practice for many of the staff, so we began considering how to effectively tailor each area to their needs.
Following our stringent architectural process, we a developed the design in close collaboration with the client, managing multiple stakeholders along the way. Working to a fixed and unextendible moving-in date, we created a detailed move strategy, enabling our team to manage any last-minute adjustments and ensuring a smooth transition into the new space.
