The persistent success of Stronghold Global meant they had outgrown their office and warehouse space, and sought a fresh start in new premises. Demonstrating both foresight and confidence in their future, their brief to Cobus was for a space that would not only meet their current needs, but those of tomorrow, supported by a timeless aesthetic. The client was drawn to Cobus by our partnership approach, fully accountable client clead, and resolute commitment to transparency and cost certainty.
The building required updating and modernising to equip it for Stronghold’s next chapter. Split across two floors, it would enable the entire workforce to share a common, contemporary space. With plentiful use of meeting spaces and touchdown points, the design offered a more fluid and collaborative working environment. It also allowed for ten further permanent workstations to be seamlessly introduced in the future.
