A leading supplier to the social care industry approached us to help them design and deliver their workspace. This included a reception and visitors’ area, meeting and collaboration spaces, kitchenettes and canteens, washrooms and private and open plan offices.
With a clear design brief and budget, ideas of specific furniture pieces, and the requirement for the premises to accommodate future growth, the client prudently involved the Cobus team early in the project. This enabled us to fully utilise our dynamic budgeting process, presenting a selection of quality options within their price range.
Ultimately this proved to be a complex, exacting, and highly involved project that drew upon all of our multi-disciplinary team’s technical and project-management experience.
