Cobus has completed the fit-out of Patch, a 17,000 sq ft flagship workspace at The Forum in Gloucester, providing a flexible, community-focused environment for creatives, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and local organisations.
Working closely with the Patch team, the project transformed a shell-and-core space into a high-quality, fully operational workplace. The completed space includes hot desking, collaboration zones, meeting rooms, and informal social areas, designed to support a range of working styles while fostering connection and community.
Delivered to a highly ambitious programme with a fixed opening date, the project followed Cobus’s four-stage delivery methodology, enabling a fast-tracked programme without compromising on quality and ensuring cost certainty, through close integration of design, commercial, and delivery teams at every stage.
Completed on time and within budget, the project received extremely positive feedback from both the client and users of the space, reinforcing Cobus’s 40 years’ experience in delivering high-quality workplaces across the UK.
