The firm upholds clear and progressive social responsibility values, and it was critical that wellbeing, inclusion, and safety were integral to the project. Enhanced break areas, natural light and acoustic zoning were prioritised to support staff welfare and retention.
The selected open-plan layout promoted cross-functional collaboration across projects and accommodated commercial and site-based teams, while enabling better workflow, communication, and productivity in a competitive and high-pressure sector.
