With over 30 years of industry experience and leadership, and a mastery of workplace design and build, Simon has been instrumental in our evolution from Cotswold Business Interiors to the modern, progressive and increasingly nationwide enterprise it is today.

With 13 years’ experience supporting the needs of a diverse breadth of Cobus’ clients, Russell has acquired extensive experience in successful project delivery. His key areas of focus are ensuring cost certainty, guaranteeing construction quality, and delivering absolute client satisfaction.

Neville works alongside both new and established clients to build and sustain strong, transparent, and mutually beneficial relationships. Steering the project from initial site visit to aftercare, Neville uses his extensive experience and product expertise to seek out new ways to add value for the client.

As Projects Co-ordinator Montana plays an invaluable role in ensuring clear and timely communication between clients, supply chain and the team responsible for project delivery. She also provides support on commercial and HSE administration.

A highly experienced interior and workplace professional, Victoria works to translate the client’s vision into an effective, practical and sustainable reality. Working closely with Cobus’ project leads, she also helps clients to visualise their new space, including the use of photorealistic renderings of the design.

Keelan works to identify opportunities to partner with new clients throughout the UK, and to set the foundations for a future business relationship. He helps clients to explore options and possibilities, building an accurate brief which can then be used as the basis for project design.

Leading and directing Cobus’ workplace fit-out and refurbishment projects, Hans meets clients onsite, helping translate their vision into an effective, productive space. As part of the process, Hans conducts a methodical examination of the client’s brief, allowing the project team confidently to create a workspace perfectly aligned to the client’s needs.

With an expert eye for detail and a wealth of industry experience, Ron oversees the technical delivery of our projects from concept to completion. His focus on precision, compliance and buildability ensures every design meets the client’s pre-agreed criteria.

Having served Cobus for almost three decades across a breadth of functions, Ivan brings an in-depth understanding of both the business and the wider industry. His extensive supply chain expertise, coupled with his experience as a project estimator, ensure clients’ absolute confidence in our quality of finish and overall delivery.

Gemma acts as a consistent presence for Cobus’ clients throughout the entire project lifecycle. By orchestrating the journey from initial contact to project completion, and managing communications with the internal teams throughout the process, she ensures continuity and inspires confidence.

Dag is responsible for seeking out new opportunities for Cobus to support the needs of UK organisations. By working through their goals and vision, and consulting with them on available options for their project, he develops a brief from project design can begin.

Selwyn brings a forensic level of project detail, through precise and reliable cost planning and accurate technical specifications. Working alongside clients and supply chain, he provides the reassurance and confidence that the work we do for our clients will meet the pre-agreed criteria.

It’s Aimee’s job to help keep all Cobus’ finance procedures ship-shape. This includes raising and processing client and supply chain invoices.

Responsible for conveying Cobus’ unique value proposition, Alannah oversees our brand, marketing and communication. She works alongside our Business Development and Sales teams to inform and educate our customers in how we can help them to create the perfect environment for their organisation.

Liam plays an integral role in ensuring each project is delivered safely and efficiently. Working closely with Project Managers, he coordinates daily deliveries and furniture installations, resolving any challenges through to aftercare.
