Rehau

A priority during the design stages was to ensure that the space has potential to cater for future growth. To achieve this, the office was planned into zones using a more traditional desk layout for the core teams and including collaborative areas to create opportunity for overspill if necessary. Introducing the breakout areas and touchdown points has transformed Rehau’s functional workspace, encouraging impromptu meetings and collaboration between different teams. Traditional meeting rooms were also included into the design to offer complete privacy.

Company colours were brought into the space through the upholstery of furniture and acoustics to bring branding into the overall design. Incorporating bold colours creates a fun and inviting space which reflects their culture. Live plants were included in the scheme as studies continue to show that biophilic design has a positive impact on mood and wellbeing, as well as even improving indoor air quality.
