ProGARM & FlamePro

One of the key aspects of the new office was to provide a space that supported and enhanced the culture of the business. Furthermore, a workplace to assist in recruiting the next wave of talent, whilst supporting a more modern way of working. A space that gave teams the flexibility to work in environments that suited their task. To achieve this, various spaces were integrated into the design to provide connection points for the team. For example, project tables for organic touchpoints in the main offices, and a canteen with an integrated breakout area for collaboration and informal meetings.

Within the design, a modern, sophisticated look and feel was adopted, moving away from ProGARM and FlamePro’s trade colours to unite the two brands in one workplace.
