Following an incredibly successful period for the Ward Williams Associates Gloucester office, the team decided to relocate into a new office premise to accommodate their growing organization. Cotswold Business Interiors were delighted to have been awarded the refurbishment project and we worked closely alongside partner Dwaine Bushell, to create exactly what they wanted out of the newly acquired work space.
We completely stripped out the existing partitions and started afresh, using a lot of the existing glazed modules to create a new centrally located boardroom for WWA, who have several offices across the UK. The old flooring was ripped up and new electrical channels and floor box power modules were sunk into the concrete floor. New solid partitions were constructed to form a library area and general screening, then decorated to a high standard including many solid and brightly coloured feature wall spaces.
FF&E consisted of a communal ‘breakfast bar’ area, boardroom table with matching fitted central credenza c/w full cable management, and a brand-new reception desk. All the other furniture was re-used from their former offices across the road and professionally moved and fitted into place by our fully trained installation and relocations team.
New Forbo ‘Inline’ Tessera carpet tiles were supplied by Cotswold and fitted throughout the premises by our flooring team, alongside new interior and exterior window graphics and corporate signage all through – again supplied and installed by our specialist manifestations team.
The existing Air Conditioning system was relocated to suit the newly created layout and was fully serviced, parallel to all current lighting being balanced and overhauled by Cotswold’s lighting and cooling contractors. Contemporary new LED ‘change-colour’ downlights were also fitted to the fresh new boardroom, providing a welcoming and relaxing mood for the important meeting hub.
The newly refurbished office at Elmbridge Court now provides additional space for the growing WWA team of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers. This team are delivering projects across the Gloucestershire and the rest of UK for an increasing portfolio of major blue-chip clients, with the support of this bigger and refreshed work space.
The whole refurbishment scheme was fully project managed Cotswold Business Interiors, and we are very grateful to have played a part in supporting their success story. Recent quotes by the partners as follows:
